What roles can you hire for?
What do we get with the management fee?
Everything! Our service is fully inclusive and covers hardware provisioning and security, onboarding and HR management, Employer of Record(EOR) services, recruitment and replacement (when required), Microsoft 365 licensing, payroll management, regular check-ins, performance management, dedicated account management, and ongoing ad hoc operational support.
How long is the probation period?
Six months. Our account management team will schedule a monthly catch-up to ensure and check in with progress in the lead up to passing probation.
How does the pricing work?
Staffstream operates on a 100% pass-through model, meaning our only source of revenue is the management fee. This fee covers our full service offering, while the remainder of the cost is paid directly toward the employee’s salary and entitlements — unlike many providers who apply hidden mark-ups.
What is the pricing breakdown?
When hiring legally in the Philippines, costs include the employee’s salary and all government-mandated benefits, such as 13th-month pay, SSS, Pag-IBIG Fund, and PhilHealth. To attract and retain high-quality talent, we also provide health and life insurance as part of our standard offering; however, this is confirmed by the client.
Payment and Invoicing:
We provide you with a monthly invoice including a detailed cost sheet of where every cent goes, and we encourage you to verify the details with staff to ensure transparency!
What are other costs?
Unlike other providers, we do not have ANY other hidden costs; we charge NO recruitment, tech, onboarding or entertainment fund (yes, other providers charge for this). Our only income is our management fee, which is fixed regardless of the salary of staff to ensure no biases.
Do you make a margin on salaries or anything else?
We DO NOT make ANY margin on salaries, benefits, insurances or on ANY other line items in relation to your staff.
What if my offshore team member doesn't work out?
We offer lifetime replacement at no cost. If a team member isn’t the right fit—whether it’s month one or year three—our talent team will find you a suitable replacement without any additional charges. No caps, no time limits.
Is there a locked-in contract?
No, there are NO set locked in terms – we only charge our management fee when the staff is working.
Do we offer part-time roles?
Our main offering is full-time roles only.
